Font folder not created on server

    Tried looking at everything

    – wp-content/upload/ folder permissions are OK (755)
    – normal uploads work fine
    – tried a previous OMGF version where it did work on another site/different server (v4.4.2)
    – changed folder directories/absolute/relative path options, etc.

    What am I missing here? I presume it’s a server access issue but not sure what or where to look.

    Thanks for the thorough support request, saves me a bunch of time! 🙂

    If you’ve set OMGF in Manual mode:
    – Did OMGF show any error messages after clicking Save & Optimize?

    For Manual and Automatic mode:
    – What do your PHP logs say?
