Font Library (Upload) Missing in 6.8.3

    Hi, I’ve reinstalled WP core 6.8.3 several times and tried 6.7 as well with multiple block themes including the default WP themes and no matter what, Uploads and Install Fonts options in the Manage Fonts panel within Editor are completely missing.

    Please help!

    Test setup: new WordPress 6.8.3, default Twenty Twenty-Five theme, and no plugin installed.

    I don’t know if there’s another path to this or not, but when I navigate to APPEARANCE -> EDITOR -> STYLES -> TYPOGRAPHY, I can upload fonts.
