Font Missing

    Hi,
    When I am in the orders page, if I select an order or orders and then select “Make PDF invoice”, I get an error message about a missing font. And when I click on the link that appears, the download link for the fonts is broken.

    This is a new problem, I have been using the plugin for a year with no problem, why is there suddenly a font missing? And can you help me fix it?

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the experience with the font issue.

    1. Please go to wp-content -> uploads folder from your site Cpanel/file manager/any other software. Make sure all folders have the right permissions.
    2. Delete all folders related to ‘WOO-INVOICE’.
    3. Then go to Dashboard -> Challan page. Fonts should download automatically. A progress bar should be here. If you need personal fonts, then go to Dashboard -> Challan -> Upload Fonts page.
