    Dear Developers,

    A) Issue 1st site
Once I updated customizr theme to ver 4.1.39 my site become a little mess.
I use Roboto font which is in use in my EN language version of the site, but when change to BG language it becomes Times New Roman.

    Examples:
    1. https://www.ifiduciaries.com/language/en/home/ (Correct with Roboto);
    2. https://www.ifiduciaries.com/language/bg/%d0%bd%d0%b0%d1%87%d0%b0%d0%bb%d0%be/ (not correct font).

    B) Issue 2nd site
Once I updated customizr theme to ver 4.1.39 my site ipreg.eu where I use Roboto, the font is not Roboto but something else (the site is in Bulgarian language only).

Could you please advice on how to solve that problem.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi Sveto,

I can’t reproduce the problem on my end or on your page. I would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps.

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure WordPress, your theme and plugins are all up to date.
    2. Cache plugin : if you use a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    3. Browser :
    • Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.
    • User of a child theme : activate the parent theme if you use a child theme
    • Javascript : make sure you did not insert custom javascript code ( like analytics, subscription popup… ), for example in a widget, that could break your site.

    Dear emranemranx,

All of the above is done properly.
I use Safari where there is no issue (it is ok even in Safari for iOS), when I use all of the others – Firefox, Chrome and Opera on my mac there is the problem.
I opened both sites on PC and there is the same problem with the Bulgarian (mainly obvious in the menu and for some of the texts) on Chrome and Firefox.
    I use PHP 7.1
