If you need to have a different font size for on each post, then you will need to write custom css for it.
Otherwise you can easily change the font size of text for any element (body, headers etc) via the stylesheet.

Just as was suggested, using a child theme (which this theme has one you can install (located in the child-theme folder of the theme) or using a CSS editing plugin. The other option is to use a font plugin as well.
