    Hi there,

    I can see that you can use html code in the text.

    Can we use icons from the fontawesome library and how can we do this?

    Hi Catherine,
    Sorry for the delay! Unfortunately, almost all email clients will prevent a web icon font so this doesn’t work. You have to use images, not svg.
