    Hi @sufy thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having issues with fonts on your Stories. To help you further with this could you please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health Information. You can share this using our private form.
    2. Have you been able to publish any Stories which display the characters or are all Stories facing this issue?

    We have had a similar issue to this recently which was being caused by the user using PHP 8.1 on their site. If you are using the same could you try downgrading your PHP version to 8.0 or 7.4 and making sure that the dom and libxml extensions are up-to-date.
