Ok, it seems fonts had to be downloaded.
NOW,
when PDF downloaded onto desktop, it shows this error:
Insufficient Data For An Image

Great to hear you were able to resolve the font issue! For others that might have this same problem, run the Core Font Installer to fix.
The Insufficient Data For An Image issue will need more in-depth debugging. Please fill out our support form at GravityPDF.com and include an export of your Gravity Form (it’ll be a .json file). One of our support reps will be happy to review this for you.

With the font issue, I noticed yr plugin downloads about 54MB of PDF template into the UPLOADS folder :

in total is about 54MB: http://prntscr.com/nax5im | http://prntscr.com/nax69d
Do we really need these huge files, I think maybe you can do something about this?

Out of the box the software supports most languages worldwide in the PDFs, which is why there’re numerous fonts installed using the Core Font Installer.
In a future release we do plan to look at splitting this up into smaller font packages and allow the user to pick the fonts they would like to install, but that’s a complex change and not something that we can easily impliment in the short term.
