Foo Gallery Photo Proofing?

    Hey all,

    So Foo gallery is great, probably one of the best lightweight gallery plugins that Ive used. I was just wondering if anyone knows of, or has used any photo proofing plugin with Foo Gallery.

    Really looking for something that my clients can select photos from, and maybe even place comments on, before sending back to me.

    hey

    we are working on a public uploader extension that allows users to upload media to a foogallery. You as the admin, can then moderate the images for inclusion into the gallery.

    That sounds like a great idea but not what I had in mind. I was thinking more for Photographers who have clients.

    Once we do a photoshoot we upload our images to our wordpress site and allow our client to have access to the images. The client can then see the images and place a selection on the images they would like to have processed through our digital editing.

    Once they select the images and approve the selection, we receive a email notifying us, and we then start work on those images.

    Currently we use the plugin Picu, along with access control lists, but it would be awesome if Foo Gallery had this feature. I know you can do it with NextGen, but its an awful overhead.

    Im guessing there are a lot of photographers out their that have patched together iterations of something similar…. 🙂

    Anyway keep up the awesome work…

    Any news regarding proofing within Foo Gallery? We need an option for this!
