• Cannot access FooGallery. Receive a 404 error on any part of the program at attempted access (Galleries, Add, Activation, Settings… etc). My galleries are still working, as site is unaffected, but I cannot add galleries or get into to change/view any existing ones. Currently running WP 5.4. I upgraded to WP 5.5 yesterday which was when I first noticed the issue. After multiple attempts (and other issues encountered with 5.5) I reinstalled my previous backup to 5.4 and am encountering the same issues with it on 5.4. Not sure if those issues were there before the upgrade to 5.5 or when it started, as I haven’t accessed the galleries or made changes for some time. Not sure how to proceed at this point! Please help. Thank you!

To clarify – the 404s are reached via the back end of the website in the dashboard attempting to create new portfolio pages, etc. Any time clicking on FooGallery and any of it’s drop-downs, as well as via editing a portfolio page and clicking on the edit tab the 404 is generated. The front end of the website itself works, photos appear, scroll appropriately, etc.

Hi – it seems to have gotten into a strange state – I am not sure why you are getting 404’s.

Are the 404 errors showing a specific message? The WP admin usually says something like “you should not be here” or “you do not have access to x”

Sorry for the delayed reply. It is still occurring. The 404 just reads: “The page you are looking for is Not Found!” and then also: “Etiam sit amet orci eget eros faucibus tincidunt. Duis kalam stefen kajas in the enter leo. Sed fringilla mauris sit amet nibh.” (just latin dummy text i presume)

Appreciate any help you can give. I am still unable to update my pages or create new galleries for new pages.
