I had a look at your pages.
On this page https://www.solo-dolce.com/cakes-and-pies/ the page content is not displaying a FooGallery but rather it shows a listing of pages/posts. This is content from another plugin or your theme.
Then on page https://www.solo-dolce.com/cookies-and-pastries/ the FooGallery is showing fine.
So I do not think this is a problem with FooGallery, but rather with the way you have configured the pages that are not showing the gallery. Edit both of the above pages on separate tabs and compare the details, to figure out why the one is showing correctly and the other one is not. Check that the page template is correct, and any other details
