The page agove is an example of the problems.

Notice that images 5 & 6 don’t show (as don’t some others). The gallery has 16 images. There are 18 image places showing. On some galleries no images show. https://www.braitmandesign.com/about-us/spaces-that-transform-your-relationship-with-your-home/4186/“>Such as this page

All my galleries used to work fine. The only thing I know I did was re-size the images in one of the galleries (the linked one above) and purged the thumbnail cache. And then everything blew up.

All my plugins are up to date. I’m running the latest version of WP. I’ve cleared all cache. I’ve forced a re-build of thumbnails. Galleries misbehave on all browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox). I’m not a programmer so I’m not sure what the javascript errors are showing me but none appear to be related to foo galleries.

I’ve deactivated recent plugins and found no affect.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

More information: It has something to do with the size of the thumbnail. When I re-sized a couple of the galleries they displayed correctly. Some sizes work correctly and some don’t. Not sure how to figure out why or how to set the “right” size so the galleries behave correctly.

    Hi

I had a look at your gallery with Chrome on https://www.braitmandesign.com/about-us/spaces-that-transform-your-relationship-with-your-home/4186/

It is displaying fine. The thumb size should not effect the gallery in any way, and when you update the gallery the thumb cache is automatically cleared. Are you using a website caching plugin at all? That could have caused this issue?

    Let me know

After I discovered that re-sizing one of the galleries fixed the problem on that gallery, I went through and re-sized all the galleries — I wanted to do so anyway because of a change in website design. That fixed all the problems – one gallery at a time. (Luckily I don’t have more than 10 or so galleries.)

I’m using W3 Total Cache — but I thought I cleared the cache and was still having problems. The only other thing I can think of is that I also recently switched themes to generatepress and just started using their elements module to redefine the layout of the some of the pages (including the pages that had problems).

Whatever it was, it’s fixed now – thanks for your help.
