Footer

Admittedly I only know enough to screw things up, but no matter what I do I can’t get the full width footer to appear on my site. I dragged the Legal Pages to widget to the Full Length Footer and asked to show…nothing. I’d like it to have the Privacy Page link among other things. Very frustrating. What steps do I need to take? No doubt I’m doing something wrong but I’m about to punch my monitor.
