Thanks for reaching out regarding the newsletter unsubscribe issue. First of all, FluentSMTP does not have a subscription system that would allow to unsubscribe from emails from your WordPress.
To help us understand the situation better and provide a more accurate solution, could you please share some visuals? Ideally, either a short video or screenshots would be fantastic. This would allow us to see:
- How you’re inserting the HTML newsletter code: This will help us understand how you’re embedding the newsletter design.
- The actual HTML code you’re using for the newsletter: This will enable us to identify if the unsubscribe link or placeholders are present in the HTML code.
- The exact output of a sent newsletter: This will allow us to see what’s actually displayed in the email client, especially the footer area.
- If there are any error messages or unusual behavior in the FluentSMTP logs (if any): This might give hints about problems FluentSMTP is encountering when sending the email.
Providing this information will allow us to efficiently diagnose the problem and offer a suitable fix if possible.
