Footer code has been changed causing this. Either elements as seen in screenshot have been removed incorrectly.
Not a problem with the original theme.

Within footer.php you can change the skt_URL.
tell me what should I do exactly!! where can I find ( http://www.sktthemes.net ) to change it ?!?!in footer.php I see only ( skt_URL )
