Footer Form Submission failed

    I have set the form in the footer widget but unfortunately it is not working. Every time i get form submission failed error. I have tried form (adv) and the old one. Do not know where to check to see what causes the error.

    Hi! I was just able to submit a test response without issue. Have you cleared your cache?
