Footer is broken

Your plugin works well for me but one small niggle: the footer displays incorrectly on my 404 pages as compared to the rest of the site

try http://www.treforestvets.com/gggg for an example of the 404 page

and try http://www.treforestvets.com/about-us for the normal footer.

Am I doing something wrong?
