Footer issues

Hello,
I have an issue with my footer display of recent posts. I’m using Ansel theme by Imagely and they said that the Recent post widget is managed by WP.
So, my front page and almost every other page displays the footer correctly – 5 posts, sorted by the most recent ones (like here: http://mysoultrippin.com/).
But when I open page with posts by category, the Recent posts widget doesn’t show 5 latest posts, but five first ones – so the other way around (like here: http://mysoultrippin.com/index.php/category/nepaltrek/).

Can you please check?
