Footer Layout Sections – widget areas

    I’m trying to use Footer Layout Section 1 and Footer Layout Section 2. But, I can’t get them to display. The Footer Widget Area is showing. But on the Widgets page there are ALSO options for Footer Layout Sections 1 and 2. Are these really supposed to be options?

    Your footer layout section 1 is already displayed. You can also display footer layout section 2, by selecting option in it like text, widget, menu etc.

    No, my Footer Layout Section 1 is Not displaying. Please see the Screenshot I have inserted into this Page:

    No Display Page

    I do have:

    Text Widget in Foot Widget Area

    Text AND Image Widgets in Footer Layout Section 1

    Text AND Navigation Widgets in Footer Layout Section 2

    Layout Sections 1 and 2 are not displaying

    For show this widget, you have to go Theme Customizer -> Footer -> Below Footer -> select widget in both layout first & second.

    Thanks. Your custom Footer Widget and Below Footer are really pretty awesome. But they are very confusing. Truly, you need documentation.

    For designers trying to use the footer area, you probably won’t even need to use the traditional WordPress Widgets for your footers. The “Below Footer” in the Theme Customizer provides Dropdowns to select: Text/HTML, Footer Menu, or none.
