Footer Length

Unfortunately, the footer does not have this possibility because it has other implications compared to the header — for example, the footer is always at the bottom and should never be displayed on top of other elements.

As an alternative, you could try enabling the footer reveal effect, from the Customiser -> Footer -> Global Footer section — https://ibb.co/K7d9XDq — which offers a nice “scroll up” effect when you reach the bottom of the page.
