Footer link problem

I have added a theme to a site http://www.onlinesolutions.me.uk/blog but I want to put the links in the footer at the side of the RSS logo, can anyone tell me how to do this.

I have added the links where I thought and they are at the bottom below the footer. I’d ideally like the links in place of contact us and Terms of use. Any advise would be good.
