Footer Missing section in the default installation.

I have installed the lite version of your website and I see that by default it only includes 3 sections (apart from the Hero):

From top to bottom from the Hero:

1. The section with 3 colors and explanatory texts
2. Our services: what we can offer
3. The section with the six icons: depression, mental therapy, etc.

But I can’t see the footer (which is included in the free version of your website): https://www.sktthemes.org/shop/free-hospital-wordpress-theme/

On the other hand, I understand that the other homepage sections are only included in the paid version? I mean: Staff, Section with icon for video and Get in touch
