Footer Widget Issue

    I was wondering if anyone else had this problem with this theme…

    Go to add a text widget to column 1 & 3 (column 2 I had a picture instead) in the footer and if I try to update those two text widgets with two separate sets of copy, one widget will duplicate the other (title and all) and refuses to be unique! Very frustrating… and any help would be greatly appreciated.
