I’m not a techie and building my own website. The footnotes content isn’t linking to the footnote as seen in the link below. It keeps showing as “Footnote content goes here” even though the footnote is the last line, right above it.

Can you help me figure this out? Thanks

I’m not able to access the preview of the page since I can’t login to your site. You could publish the post and set it to Password Protected and send over the password you choose. That would let me view the content without the page being accessible by everyone at this point.

As long as your theme supports it properly you can follow the first part of this guide. http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-password-protect-posts-in-wordpress/

You won’t need to do anything with the code in the second part of the page.

Thanks, I had too many spaces and this was messing up the footnote linkage. I edited it, its working now
