Footnote Table!

    The footnotes are in a table, but the table cells are visible, giving a ridiculous look to the tables.

    The footnote numbers are way too high.

    Letting the users have access to the CSS would have dealt with this problem.

    The previous footnote plugin didn’t even generate numbers for the footnotes, so I guess this is an improvement.

    Using Windows 10, for what it’s worth.
