For 2-sided Link Directory

    Im new to wordpress so forgive me if any of this is obvious info. I am trying to make a site that is essentially a homepage of several categories (photography, cooking, etc) and within those categories have sub categories on specific aspects of each category. Within those sub-cats I want to have links to web pages that pertain to that category. Im wondering if this plugin is good for such a purpose and Im also wondering if it allows users to submit links from the front end
