Do not insert a [contact-form-7] shortcode into another <form> element.

I’m have the same issue…then the sent button is pressed, there is no confirmation message. I see the above reply, but not sure what that means

“Do not insert a [contact-form-7] shortcode into another <form> element”

    Thanks you

Added to which, your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different.

In your own post you can describe your problem in detail – see http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Forum_Welcome for some guidance.

If possible include a link to your CF7 form and all your input in both the Form section and Mail section of the CF7 interface.

Then others here may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

@pjude it means don’t put your shortcode that is already generating a <form></form> element into another one.

@takayuki Miyoshi Thanks for the answer, I’ve made the change as you can see on the link but it does not change anything.
I don’t know if I should reinstall the plugin ? Why is the page reloading, shouldn’t the plugin work only with AJAX ?

    Thanks.

Nothing has changed. You still have the shortcode in a <form></form>.
