You’re correct that our Phone field is included as a ‘Fancy Field’ in the form builder, which requires any of our paid licenses. This is because of the Phone field has what we call a ‘Smart’ format that auto-detects the user’s country location based on their IP address, and formats the Phone field automatically to the required number format. Users can also choose from a list of countries so the Phone field is formatted according to their selection.
If you’d prefer not to upgrade at this point, you can use the Single Line Text field, along with field input mask.
