For Slected pages

I have a plugin; say PlugA and I wanted it activated only for a certain page with permalink : http://example.com/required/

This is what I have in my setings:
1) Global List: PlugA disabled

2) Post Type Plugins: Under page : PlugA disabled

2) In Plugin Filters: I have created a plugin filter with
Name: Enable PlugA
Permalink: http://example.com/required/
PlugA enabled

When I browse to http://example.com/required; the plugin seems to be still disabled.

What am I doing wrong?
