Something on your server is blocking the sac.php file. Ask your web host will be able to help resolve the issue.
Hi I got the answer from Godaddy agent:
I cross-checked with our team. As per the details, the server is working completely fine and we have also reset the permission and had resubmitted the account. If there was any issue with the server then it would have been resolved after doing it.
Still, as you are facing the same, I would suggest you use any alternative plugin for the form.
Can you please any help from your side? Otherwise, I can’t use the plugin.
So here’s the deal: file permissions and access are something that’s handled on the server. The plugin does not have control over it, and doesn’t need to have control because normally there are no issues with file permissions. So your options are to either investigate and resolve the file access issue, or use a different chat plugin, or find a better web host.
