Forbidden????

    Please your help: I have followed the instructions and uploaded the wordpress files onto the root directory after building a database but I get this message, what can be causing it? Thanks a lot in advance.

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/install.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Have you contacted your hosts about this?

    Because it has absolutely nothing to do with WordPress. You haven’t even installed WordPress yet,

    What can be the issue at their end? any idea?

    All I can suggest is that it’s some kind of permissions issue.
