Is everything working without the plugin? What happens when you type the redirect target into the browser address field?

Yes, everything works when I leave the plugin blank.
After filling in the plugin, no matter which url i type i always get redirected to:
http://blog.symbaloo.com/en/
which tells me forbidden access.
Your target addresses are http://en.blog.symbaloo.com/ and http://nl.blog.symbaloo.com/. You need a different kind of configuration. Try this:
en=http://en.blog.symbaloo.com/
nl=http://nl.blog.symbaloo.com/

Thanks a lot for your quick help! I understand it now, although unfortunately it doesn’t solve my problem as it is effective over the whole site. I just want one page to be translated into multiple languages and have people be redirected to the correct one. If you know another plugin/way I could get this done I’d greatly appreciate it.
Other professional solutions for multi language sites are WPML and qTranslate X. They work without the multisite concept. I compared them in this German article: https://www.bjoerne.com/wpml-und-qtranslate-x-im-vergleich/
