    Are you running any security plugins? If so, one of those may have locked you out.

    If not, does this happen with multiple web browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari)?

    If so, your web host may have restricted the login for the WordPress admin (WP dashboard).

    Yes, I run iThemes and that was my thinking that it may have locked me out. Would it still have locked me out even after I disabled it through my ftp?

    Yes, it does replicate on other computers and different browsers from my home.
