Forbidden Error

I followed the instructions exactly, when I try to create a video from within wordpress it gives me a forbidden error on the webpage it tries to access and the same things happens when I am logged into the seetheface.com website and try to view the template from settings, I went to the support forum and they have ignored this issue so far from other posters. they need to get on the ball already.
