Forbidden error after installing Wordfence

Hi,
I downloaded special plugin to edit products, Fancy Product Design.
After installing Wordfence I can’t upload photos with this plugin.
I tried to uninstall this plugin (manually and automatically), and still it gives me error 403 forbidden by rule, I tried to block the firewall in the server, and change the htaccess and still the same error.
I checked in the Fancy plugin forums and it’s a known problem that the wordfence blocks the plugin upload, but it should be fixed when the plugin is deactivated, but not for me, even when the plugin is deactivate the plugin doesn’t work.

P.S before I downloaded Wordfence the Fancy plugin worked fine.

Can you help me? Maybe Worfence changed the servers firewall configuration?
(I’ve added a link to a product design, when you upload a photo it gives the error)
