*** forbidden *** error at checkout

Hi,

I’ve had several customers getting a ***forbidden*** error at the checkout, as soon as they try and make an account on purchasing an item. I’ve tried it myself, and also got the ***forbidden*** error. After disabling Cleantalk the problem was solved, but now I’m vulnerable for spam. Can this please be addressed, as I am losing customers 🙁

I’ve had this same issue too!! I have no idea how many customer’s I’ve lost, as it doesn’t happen to all of them.. though luckily some of them email me and mention the error. I’ve been looking through all the WooCommerce plugins, to no avail.. so I’m happy to know what plugin is causing it… but can this be fixed?

Same problem here, my conversion rate has tanked by half and just find this topic. Needless to say, I have dropped this plugin in the trash even I paid for a year.

CleanTalk – you say this is ‘resolved’ but I’m still getting customers with the forbidden page. This is costing my business a lot of money. I’m cancelling my subscription and now looking for a better spam filter as clearly CleanTalk is not the filter it used to be!
