    Hi,

    People are getting error messages when filling out contact forms. This is happening on a few websites I manage. Here’s the error:

    Forbidden. Anti-Spam by clean Talk

    I have this set to yes: Store data in the website database. But it doesn’t stay on and people start getting the error again. Is there something I can do to make sure this doesn’t keep happening?

    The error Forbidden means that the user’s request was blocked by our plugin because it was considered spam. This does not give us any specific information to understand the issue. So, could you please tell us your website URL and so we can review your Anti-Spam log?

    We have reviewed your Anti-Spam log.
    I noticed that you are using the WP Rocket caching plugin, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes incorrect filtering.

    We suggest changing the following Anti-Spam plugin settings:
    – Set cookies to Auto;
    – Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library to On.

    Please also set the WP Rocket plugin up as we recommend in this article: https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-and-wp-rocket.

    Also make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less. WP Rocket has this help page about cache lifespan: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/78-how-often-is-the-cache-updated.

    Please do not forget to clear all website cache after all actions.
