I have the same problem, for about two weeks now.
Most of the email submission are denied with “*** Forbidden. Please enable JavaScript. ***” message.

I have suspended the plugin because it just blocks valid submissions.

You managed to sign up because the plugins are disabled on service 303804. The other one works right now, it was the reverse a couple days ago. All I can help you with is, all these problems started 2 or 3 updates before.
