Upon pushing submit on form, error says “forbidden, please enable javascript”. Form is not submitted due to error. If I deactivate clean talk this form can be submitted fine.

Is this a bug or if not, what kind of configuration change do I need to make?

It seems that you are using WPForms for this page. There is a known issue with it in the current version of the plugin.

Please, try to uninstall the current version and install this one:
