Force name not working

    Hi. I’m using the plugin with the ‘other SMTP server’ setting. I’m trying to force the sender name, but it’s still using ‘WordPress’ as its name. What can I do to actually force it to use my specified sender?

    Hi @abcwebsites,

    Force From Name option should work fine for Other SMTP. Please make sure no other plugins are also forcing this option. You can test for any conflicting plugins by following the documentation.
