Force Script Loading (OB) value not migrated

“Output Buffering” was added in v5.5.2, replacing “Force Script Loading (OB)” from v5.5.1. However the value was not migrated from “Force Script Loading (OB)” to “Output Buffering”. This caused the content of all my pages to not load until I could find the reason.
