Hello,
Which forms are you referring to? The settings page? There aren’t many forms in our free product. You could change the fields to required by editing the templates.
You can see how to override templates here – https://docs.wcvendors.com/knowledge-base/changing-the-vendor-templates/
In our pro product, you can set the fields as required via our settings.

I am referring to personal vendor information
After registration, a vendor cannot sell if doesnt fill the required information

You’d have to make the settings form fields required by modifying the templates ad adding ‘required’ to the fields. Then add custom code to disable add/edit-products capabilities if they haven’t filled out those meta keys.
