Force WP User Synchronization does not work

    Hi,
    I have registered a user in SWPM. I have checked the box “Force WP User Synchronization” in Advanced settings. I see the user in WP-Users with name and email address. But the other information like address and phone number are not there. Is this the normal behaviour? How can I force SWPM populate the address and phone number onto WP-User database?

    Hi,

    I see the user in WP-Users with name and email address. But the other information like address and phone number are not there.

    This feature was added to make sure that when users log out of the WP user system, they will also be logged out of the simple membership system. When they log into the WP User system, they will also be logged into the simple membership system.

    Hi @mbrsolution,
    So the synchronization function does not populate address and phone fields in wp-user from SWPM by design. Is there a way to do that though? I need that functionality for my other plugin.

    Hi, unfortunately at present that feature is not available in our plugin.
