Forcraft forms don't send data

I have purchased Formcraft. I can receive a test email from the email setup but when I use my forms, the submit button works, it redirects but I DO NOT receive the email with form data. I have tried using more then one receiving email, checked spam, updated plugins, tried both SMTP and PHP method. The plugin is updated. Please help. This is keeping me going live. Thanks.
