    Hi,

Just received a reply from the Paymill support, that you can not use “Lastschriftverfahren” with any other IBAN number beside a German one.
As far as I can see there is no check between the location of the person who buys stuff and the Paymill form. So how does it work if someone from lets say Switzerland buys something via SEPA?

    Thanks

Lastschriftverfahren is for German people only and shouldn’t be used any longer if you are not absolutely depending on it – please use SEPA instead for europe wide support for payments.

Thanks Matthias for your reply. We use SEPA, but nevertheless it only can be used for German IBAN Numbers.
Unfortunately there is no support for Europe wide transactions with Paymill – which is quite strange as SEPA was introduced to make payments across Europe easier.

    Hi Alfons,

unfortunately, I cannot help you with business decisions of Paymill.

    Kind regards,

No problem Matthias. Of course you can’t but maybe this is a note to include in the Plugins FAQ as it is a bit misleading currently.

This is a very convenience payment solution for European users,

As we now know, it is only for German users.
