Every css file is minified except one:

How can I minify this one?

That is more then likely because AO does not succeed in mapping the (pretty unusual) URL to the filesystem sietssoo, in which case AO cannot read the file and it leaves the original CSS be.

Hmm … can you check if you find that file on the (server’s) filesystem and if so what the path to it is?
