“Forgot password” on login broken?

I’m trying to log into to client’s SEOPress Premium/Pro account. I failed to write down the password when I set up the account. I click the “Forgot password” link, and I get sent to a page that wants to verify the security of my connection. It just runs and runs and runs. I’m trying to create a support ticket. Does anyone know why that might be?
