    Hi,
    Thanks for a great app! Unfortunately it has recently started allowing multiple bookings: we have three time slots available on any day – morning, afternoon and full day. Obviously if someone books a full day, the morning and afternoon then should be unavailable and vice versa. When I set this up it worked but now it is letting people book a morning or afternoon when the full day is already booked. I’ve checked all the set up and it looks fine. Can you please advise if there is a way to fix it?

  • I am having the same issue. 🙁

    Since this is the first time I have tried to use this plugin I was afraid that this was normal. I am glad to hear that it isn’t and will be following to see if there is a fix.

    oh and btw – GREAT PLUGIN!!! I have tried too many of these plugin’s to count and this one is by far the best. bravo and well done!

    Okay I’ve found the setting that fixes this! In your dashboard, go to Easy Appointments, then Settings, then Customize. At the very top is “Connections”. If ‘Multiple work’ is checked, uncheck it, then save. That should fix it for you! If not, then there is something else going on and you’d best start a new support thread 🙂
