“There has been some error while submitting the form. Please verify all form fields again.”
I’ve created the form properly and correctly. I’ve used DNS verification for the domain using Brevo. I’ve tried this with Google Recaptcha disabled.
Honestly, I’m out of ideas as to why this won’t work. Why is this so complicated? I’ve never had issues like this with Contact Form 7. Spectra seems to be full of bugs, and I’ve read all the similar topics about the form not sending and those threads never get actually resolved although someone keeps marking them as resolved.
What on earth can be the issue here? My SMTP plugin sends successful test emails. I’m at a total and utter loss. This is not worth the stress. WordPress and the entire blocks ecosystem is flawed IMO.
Does anyone else have this issue with Spectra form blocks not working? There are only so many setting to adjust/change and I simply cannot see what I am doing wrong here. This is so tiring 🙁
I sent this as a support ticket and I received a stupid response saying that there’s hosting caching that is affecting the form. Ridiculous! There is no caching on the host and even if there is, it wouldn’t be affecting the form unless the javascript was receiving some kind of minification.
Upon reviewing your site, it appears that there is heavy cache applied on your server. I recommend clearing this cache, as well as any other caches on your site.
As shown in the screenshot provided here: https://d.pr/i/JZwh9J , the form is being delivered via memory cache.
Please review this information and feel free to reach out if you have any doubts or questions.
I’ve investigated this Spectra form block problem and lots of people have it, and there’s never a satisfactory response. If you’re going to spend time and money getting people to use Spectra with the intention of having them upgrade to the paid version (I almost did, glad I didn’t), at least solve the bugs with the basic blocks.
I’m going round in circles on this and no one has an answer – this is why I loathe WordPress and its new FSE. It’s just one giant bug

I solved this on my own. The problem is that the Spectra form cannot be used in reusable blocls, and that includes templates. Absolutely ridiculous.
I did a video on it for anyone who is having the same issue but having their time wasted by Spectra telling them that there’s “caching” or that “hosting is the issue”.
Seriously guys, if you behave like this, people will simply abandon what is otherwise quite a good product. I saw someone in other thread have the exact same issue and he’s a paying Astra customer.
Why do this to yourself? Once again, for those who are not understanding – you can only use the Spectra form block on the page as what we can regard as native content. If you created a template and added a form as part of the template, it won’t work. Crazy, yes! I know! This FSE is totally riddled with bugs. Sadly, the sites we see in demos and on the YouTube are comically basic and gloss over these bugs.
The form block is working fine, one of the support devs shared the demo video of your site to you. Please check and let us know if you are still facing the issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Have a nice day!
