Form Building selection dropdown

    Folks
    This form seems to be doing the job I need it to but…
    Where do I fill in the Field Type: Selection Drop down fields?
    I would like the drop down to show and have the volunteer select one of the following from the drop down box.

    Guide Attendant
    Maintenance Assistant
    Research Assistant
    Newsletter Reporter
    Webmaster
    Display and Event Coordinator
